Payment for services performed after agreeing terms of service on the basis of the signed Order.
Payment is made in the amount specified in the Order in one of the following ways.
Cashless payments.
1.For legal entities
After signing the Order, we will send an invoice for payment by email.
Accounting documents on paper (original invoice, acts of services performed, etc.) are sent by post upon request.
“Petkargo” LLC is not a VAT payer.
2.For private customers
After signing the Order, we will send you an invoice for payment via email or messenger.
The invoice can be paid at any bank branch according to the details specified in it.
The moment of payment is the moment of transfer of funds to the current account.
Cash payment.
Cash payment can be made at the “Petcargo” LLC offices or a representative using a mobile terminal.
Online payment.
After signing the Order, we will send a link to the email or messenger on the bank's secure page where you can make an online payment service for the Order.
You can also use a Visa and MasterCard bank card to pay online from this website.
Self-service terminal.
You can use a bank card and make a payment through a bank terminal. Payment should be made in the amount specified in the “Petargo” LLC order details. The payment assignment must include the order number on which the payment is made. To confirm the payment, send a receipt to the financial department's email address: petcargo.payment@gmail.com
Refund procedure.
Refunds are made on the basis of the payer's application, refusal of the contractor, termination of the agreement, force majeure or other reasons stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
Refunds are made within 10 banking days in the full amount, net of actual costs incurred, according to the agreement.
The funds are returned in cash to the sender's account or in another agreed manner.
