Ordering
At the initial contact with a consultant, the details and terms of service are discussed. An order is created based on the results of the request. After receiving the completed Order form from us, you confirm the form by marking it and send back the signed Order through the messenger or email.
Confirmation and payment of the Order
After sending the signed Order, you can wait for a call from our financial officer and choose a convenient way to pay for the Order. If you have no additional questions, you can pay immediately through the site. After payment, the responsible manager performs the work in accordance with the terms of the Order.
Order completion
The order is considered complete upon completion of the delivery of the animal to provide documents or other specified criteria.
Additional opportunities
Changes, additions, clarifications to the Order accepted for execution are possible by agreement of the parties, taking into account common sense and security considerations. We take into account all the wishes and offer an individual approach.
